Glovers Trust Open Letter to Yeovil Town Football Club

The Glovers Trust Board of Directors wish to advise our members and interested parties that an open letter has been posted for the attention of the Club Chairman at Yeovil Town Football Club and was subsequently delivered to the Club this morning (Wednesday 5th of April 2017).  A copy of the letter can be found here.

The Trust Board are pleased to be able to act on feedback from a number of members who, like the Trust Board, are becoming increasingly concerned with the lack of transparency around the floating charge and ownership of the Club and so have posed a number of questions to the Club for which we feel answers are desperately required.

We have received an initial reply from the Club Secretary indicating that they will be in a position to respond once the Secretary of Yeovil Town Holdings Ltd. has been able to review the questions posed.  They have also advised that this particular individual is currently away and will be returning at the end of the April.  In the meantime the Trust Board will endeavour to communicate any updates as they materialise.

The Board have also arranged an open meeting for both members and non members on Thursday 20th of April at the Labour Club, Central Road, Yeovil, BA20 1JL at 8:30pm to provide fellow supporters with an opportunity to discuss recent and future matters both Club and Trust related.  We hope that a good number of people are able to attend and contribute to a productive evening.

Any clarifications regarding the open letter or anything else you feel would be constructive should be directed to communications@glovers-trust.co.uk.
